i heard this year's match was pretty darned tough. someone i know had 13 interviews, but didn't match. some other smart folks from my school didn't match as well. ophtho seems pretty hot right now. does anyone have any overall info or stats?

or if you did match, would you mind sharing your stats and some things you think helped you match.
