Default M.A. in Clinical Psych, which does not lead to licensure

I interviewed for M.A. in clinical psychology, which is advertised as a step to Ph.D. programs for those not competitive enough as Ph.D. applicants this year. I got very excited about this program, because it seemed I would receive a lot of guidance and be able to expand my research experience, but my family circumstances may prevent me from being able to pursue Ph.D. immediately following masters. The program states that it will not provide classes on clinical training. I wonder if there are any employment opportunities with masters such as this one?
