Default Pediatric Anesthesia out west

I am currently a CA-3 who will be starting a pediatric anesthesiology fellowship this summer. I would like to move out west when I am finished (California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington) and would like to work in a private practice group. However, I also strongly enjoy peds cardiac anesthesia. Do you guys know of any groups that have this sort of setup? I realize that the vast majority of peds cardiac surgery is performed at large academic tertiary care centers; but I know of a few places where the anesthesia services are covered by private groups (CHOC, Phoenix Children's), which would be ideal. I am fine doing adult anesthesia as well if that is what the group wants. Any insight you guys have would be great. Thanks
