Health Policy is just what it sounds like.
Public Health is the focus of delivering health service and research to the entire population. It consists of several disciplines, healthy policy being one of them.

I'm deciding whether to major in Sociology and minor in Public Health Policy or major in Public Health Policy and minor in Sociology. Other options I am considering are a Biology minor, Psychology major, or Psychology minor. Basically I am trying to figure out the best combination to major/minor in between Sociology, Public Health Policy, Psychology, and Biology. I do not want to major in Biology though because that is my current major and what I am switching out of.

Major in which ever one you are more comfortable taking more courses in. I am inclined to think how well you do and what courses you take are more important that the title of the degree.
