SDN Members don't see this ad. (About Ads)
I recently graduated from college, and i am very interested in heart surgery. Can someone please give me some advice so that i can have an idea on how to perform in medical school to ensure my admission to this specialty?
Thank you

Go to medschool. Do your best. Go to the best General Surgery program for 5-7 years. Do your best. Go to the best CT Surg program. Once again, work hard and do your best.

Maybe the integrated CT Surg residencies will be around by the time you graduate from medschool. If so:
Go to medschool. Do your best. Go to the best CT Surgery program, etc . . .

Learn to use the "search" function on this forum. There are lots and lots of thread addressing this very question . . .
