Does anyone have any info about IM at NMCSD beyond the intern year? All I can seem to find is the internship schedule, etc. I would love to hear anyone's thoughts on the scheduling of the other two years. Thanks.

I don't know how their scheduling works now but when I was an intern there, the residents seemed just as busy as the interns were. Wasn't like in the civilian sector where residents seemed to have an "easier" schedule 2nd and 3rd year. That was a few years ago though so things might have changed.

Thanks for the info. I spoke with the residency coordinator today and she said this year only 4 went straight through and it's set to be the same for next year. I wish there was some way of knowing how many people that wanted straight through got it.
