I think they might be done for this year. I had an interview at the Lebanon campus in January, and it sounded like they had their last interviews for the year in March.

Even if you could get the application submitted in time, you would have to have amazing stats to get in this year. I would suggest regrouping and starting your 2013-14 application as soon as they open.
