Default LORs for non-trad Med Peds applicant

I owe the Army some time.

Would med student LORs still be accepted by program directors even though they might be 6 years old (4 year AD committment + one year of military internship)?

Is there a general consensus among programs about non-traditional applicants and the LORs in their application?

I'm sure I could find this using google, but does anyone know how long ERAS stores LORs?

Muchas gracias.
