12yr old girl having truble breathing(need help)

my neighbors daughter has like some what of attacks . shes has trouble breathing really bad that she has to be taken to the hospital every time it happens. she just has the "attacks" out of no were and she cant control it. she doesn't stop breathing but she can only take like deep breaths like shes hyperventilating. she gets sharp pains in her chest too. she doesn't smoke,drink, dos not have asthma. they said it might be Seizures but they do not no.
so please if u can help i would really appreciate it

If you're actually serious, she should talk to a doctor, not a forum.

we are not allowed to ask or answer such questions....although I do have a few ideas.

Now, I hope this person gets a reprimand since I did for posting something that did not belong in here. At least mine had a title that appeared to ask a relationship question.............
