Default Anyone have information on Iranian Medical Schools?

I understand it's free tuition and highly competitive. Most people in Iran apply out of high school, so I'm wondering if I would be a shoe in with my bachelors in Neuroscience? I have a competitive gpa - 3.7

I'm not looking for an easy way out, I have family down there and I wouldn't mind getting my education down there and also another question that poses my concern is what will happen in Iran in the next 4 years or is all this political crap just hype - who knows.

I'm not looking for a competitive specialty - I'd like to apply for residency back in the States - I'm a U.S citizen, born and raised here all my life.

If anyone knows any information in regards to the app process / when they take apps/ as a student with a bachelors what else do i need? / I know high school students take a entrance exam called Kankoor - but I have a neuro degree - would that waive it?

More info would be appreciated
