Foreign sponsorship

Hi all,

I am thinking about apply for an accredited health program (non MD, assistant program) in the US.

The job entails working in a hospital environment with clinical rotations. In general, since I am from Canada, would that have an effect on getting a hospital to sponsor me to work in the states?

In other words, is sponsorship by a hospital hard to get for foreigners?
Does anyone have any experience in this?
