Reggaeton

I love Shakira - Loca (make sure to get the Spanish version, the English version is lame)

Don Omar - Danza kuduro, taboo

Wisin y Yandel - Llame pa verte, No me dejes solo, paleta, rakata, noche de sexo

Daddy yankee - lo que paso, gasolina

Voltio - chevere, ponmela

El General - Juana is a funny song, I get a kick out of it, watch the music video

Idk if you consider Pitbull reggaeton but I love so many songs that he's done, especially the old stuff like ay chico, bojangles, fuego, the anthem

I've missed reggaeton and the Latin influence so much since leaving Miami! Now I have to listen to all of those songs! Hope that adds to your music list a bit!

I like a lot of Spanish songs. They have so much emotion in them. I'm getting tired of the really popular English songs. I'm also going back to listen to some of my German music..

The Black Keys

Woo woo black keys!! If you like them check out the Black Angels... they're a band from Austin, and they're pretty solid.

Obviously, I'm the old fart in this thread, lol.

I listen to a wide variety of genres, but can't/won't/don't do hip-hop, rap or much top 40.

Albannach - my favorite Scottish drumming band. The energy these guys produce is indescribable. If you have a drop of Scottish blood in your veins, they will cause it to stir. Nothing better than throwing back a wee pint or 2 of Belhaven w/ these guys inside the smallest Scottish pub and having those drums vibrate through your entire body. Super nice group of people as well.

Can't turn it off until at least 3:10.

Also, most of their stuff is good just as a rule.

Other stuff I've been listening to recently is just techno stuff. Boyz Noise (Oi Oi Oi), Justice (Cross), Idealism (Digitalism) are pretty good, especially Justice - Cross, because you'll get about halfway through and be thinking "****, I really should be dancing to this instead of studying." But if you can't dance (like I), it's not a big deal.

Music brat: Yellowcard (Ocean Avenue & basically any other song), Motion City Soundtrack

Other must-haves on my iPod: hellogoodbye (When We First Met, Here (In Your Arms)), Against Me! (I Was a Teenage Anarchist!, Thrash Unreal, The Shame), Dashboard Confessional (anything....Hands Down ), Lady GaGa (do I even have to mention any?? Born This Way, Edge of Glory, Pokerface, Bad Romance!!!), Taylor Swift (Story of Us, You Belong With Me)

Some songs I'm hooked on: Hello (Martin Solveig and Dragonette), Stereo Love (Edward Maya featuring Vika Jigulina), Telling the World (Taio Cruz), Waiting Outside the Lines (Greyson Chance), Somebody to Love (any version....but Justin Bieber's has me hooked), Without You (David Guetta ft. Usher), Just Say You Like Me (We the Kings)

I love all music. Some of my favorite stuff is purely instrumental (and not ONLY classics ) but my favorite music genre is rock (new & classic) My guilty pleasures: driving fast listening to terrible music like Ke$ha and other such blasphemous musical entities (Can't say artists cause my inner music integrity will punch me in the face!)

This band has been the antidote to every horrible, soulless song I've heard in the last year.

And this song is definitely a desert island song.
