WHen i order tests for ccs i order them all together, so like ten or fifteen orders in a row. Uworld shows it as order some, wait, order some more, wait... I never do this because its ridiculous. Does anyone order tests sequentially or do you order then wait nonsense?

What I did was order everything at once. Then I said "come back in a week," even if they were in the ER. Every time a test pops up it asks "do you want to continue." If nothing interesting, I just click continue. If something interesting, I pause, order more tests, and repeat. You may want to be more conservative with the time, such as "6 hours from now," and just pause the test as positive tests come in.

I just tried to do what I would do in real life. I ordered whatever initial tests I needed at first and then sometimes ordered more tests if indicated by initial results.

thanks guys... i do exactly what you said Hot Sauce and click "call me as needed"... the test come back anyway and I order more tests or alter treatment as results come in... can't wait to be done with this nonsense.
