Could you please comment on how different is the Kaplan USMLE step 2 CK lecture notes 2008-2009 edition from 2010-2011 edition?

i think both of them are almost the same except for some new methods or techniques found on 2010-2011 edition ,,,, for me i study now from 2008-2009 edition because i can't find an online links for 2010-2011 edition ,,,, if u have their links , please kindly send them to me .
