Online OnDemand glitch?

So ive tried emailing kaplan twice (with no response not sure if my account is messed up or what) about my online program not registering the assignments i complete as i go. I figured id see if 1. anyone else is having/had this problem and 2. if someone from kaplan would finally respond to me.

My biggest concern is the 'better score guarantee" and also i cant look at how i did on my aamc exams in the smart reports because it wont register that i completed them.
