Student Org Exercise Physiology vs Athletic Trainer

What would be the better major for the DPT program? B.S in athletic trainer or B.S exercise physiology? I am currently a student and seeking info on the the DPT (doctorate of physical therapy) i am confused on what should i major in. I do not want to waste my time on a degree that is not going to be helpful.

I believe the most BS degrees come from Kinesiology, exercise science. I was told in an interview that Kin students made the best Pt students.............but that was that person's opinion / experience. Suggest looking at some of the DPT program curriculum and you will notice why the required prereqs are important.

If you change your mind and don't do the DPT path AT and ES may provide job opportunities. Many claim Kin is a dead end unless heading to DPT.
