You didn't notice that there were multiple answer questions on part 1?

That seems to be the pattern for the exams, multiple answer questions toward the end of the exam. I am gonna assume that part 3 will be the same

How do you feel you were careless? Did you run out of time or do you feel you didn't pace yourself?

That's the official APMLE brochure. On page 6 under Question formats it lists "Check all that apply" as a type of question.

Sorry man looks like you dun goofed

I don't know when APMLE began doing the multi-answer questions. But they are on the practice exams on the website, so if you looked at those then you would have gotten an idea of the style/type of questions that could potentially be asked.

I don't know what information that you're looking for. But if you're looking for someone to tell you the exact month, day and year of when APMLE began this type of questioning, good luck with that. It's really irrelevant when APMLE began asking this type of question. Either you knew how to answer the question or you didn't, not trying to be rude

I know in my LE anatomy class, multiple answer questions were the norm on examinations.

I am sure that you have had this type of question in one class or another.

Are you asking what test number on the test was when they started asking the "choose 3 answers" questions? If so, I didn't take it today, but it seems like there were only 20 or so questions like that when I took it. So, you may not have missed too many questions like that since there are 205 questions on the test. They were all sort of clustered at the end too, not spread out through the test, so with some luck, you didn't miss many.
