Default Specialisaton or fellowship after DPT

Hi, i am a student of DPT (doctor of physical therapy) . my question is that am i elligible to do Fellowship or specialisation in "Rehabilitaion medicine or rehabilitation sciences"
am i also elligible for other medical courses like MD , fellowship in neuro medicine or surgery, ortho medicine or surgery paeds etc.
ur answer will be appreciated.
