6yr PHARMD vs. 2+4yr PrePHARM/PHARMD vs. BSPS+PHARMD?

I am a senior in high school who wants to major in pharmacy and i just got back my schools...

Accepted:
Ohio State University - BSPS Program
Purdue University - Prepharmacy (2+4yr..i believe)
St John's University - 6yrs Pharmacy
University of Buffalo - Prepharmacy (2+4yr..i believe...how do i know if i have Early Assurance?)
MCPHS - 6yrs Pharmacy
ACPHS - 6yrs Pharmacy
University of Washington, Seattle - Biochemistry

Waitlisted - Northeastern 6yr Pharmacy
Deffered - from University of Michigan PrePharmacy (waiting to hear back...crossing my fingers)

Questions:

Can someone help me understand the BSPS program from OSU? because i heard that the school itself is situated in an area that offers a lot of opportunities and research and i wouldn't mind going...it's just that I recently found out that the program was a 4yr program...so do i complete the BSPS then take the PCAT and then apply for a PharmD school? and if yes, what are my chances of being accepted into the PharmD program at OSU?...oh and if i follows the whole BSPS/PharmD route...I'm basically doing 8 years, right?

Can someone tell me the advantages/disadvantages of the three different ways of obtaining a PharmD? (6yr PharmD vs. 2+4yr PrePharm/PharmD vs. BSPS+PharmD)

Do people normally obtain a BS in biochemistry or some other field of science (which is 4 yrs) and then apply to a pharmD graduate school?...because University of Washington is similar to OSU in that the university also offers a lot and it's pharmacy school is top 10 but it doesn't offer a PrePharmacy curriculum like Purdue University

I know this is really lengthy, but if someone...ANYONE...knows anything...please help me figure this out..I'm sorta lost and I really want to find my way back on the "track" so to speak..thank you!

Well I can give you a little bit of info..
You need a 4 year degree to get into the OSU college of pharmacy. You can do BSPS at OSU or do a BS somewhere else and then ohio state pharmd. I got my BS in biochem at another college and got into osu but a lot of people go undergrad + pharmd at the same school. Doesn't matter really

It's ideal to do undergrad and pharm school in the same place.

I'm transffering schools and I'm considering the same things you are.

Important: Where are you going to be happy the most? Pick the undergraduate exp you want to live through. DON'T FORGET ABOUT THIS IT'S IMPORTANT TOO! No matter what path you choose you have to enjoy it.

I say OSU route or UW. If you don't get into OSU there are plenty of other schools in Ohio. Both have great pharmacy programs and pluses.

Consider costs too.
