Letters of Confirmation

Has anyone received the letter of confirmation that we're supposed to sign? NatMatch on their calendar states that between March 21 and April 20, "Program directors must send letters of confirmation of the Match result to matched applicants, who must sign and return the letters of confirmation."

I received a packet dated March 23 and postmarked March 28 that contained an "acceptance letter" that I had to sign and return. It was designed like a normal cover letter with blanks at the bottom. The letter stated that I had to sign and return by May 18 which I thought was a little curious. Perhaps program directors have to confirm to ASHP that they have sent out letters to residents, and that residents can send back the letter after April 20?

Just got my offer letter today! I'm probably one of the last one in my group of friends, seemed like everyone got their stuff weeks ago, some have already chosen electives and put in preferences for vacation days.

Got my letter this week. Also got survey for elective preferences.

I still haven't received mine yet, my GF hasn't gotten hers, and I don't know about my other pharmacy friends. I was just starting to worry about this but I don't want to bother my preceptor since he has 14 current PGY1's to deal with and 14 future PGY1's to mail letters to...

I'm not sure I ever actually got one either of my 2 yrs....no worries. I still showed up and had a job. HR was just really slow.

No letter here yet either. Hopefully it will come next week
