USMLE Archer Review question- graduated over 10years ago and now going to take step 3

I am in need of some advice. I graduated from a US med school over ten years ago and began teaching. I am now studying for step 3. I have done all of the core lectures for Archer and 5 of there CCS case studies PPV. I feel confident in this material, but have not done any MCQ's. Is there anyone out there who used Archer and can tell me if they are reliable or not? There are more PPV cases that archer has but the 5 I purchased are included and seems like a waste to get 4 more. I looked a bit at UW CCS cases, 88, and are a bit different than Archer. I also have high yield UW MCQ list, seems a bit different than the Archer lecture series. Any advice for someone in my situation would be greatly appreciated!
