Do you guys think a new graduate would be interested in joining my practice. I have two offices. One is a costco and one is a private practice. They would man the costco 4-5 days a week and then do 1 day a week at the private practice. Over time they would transition more to private practice as they built that practice. Then we would hopefull get a new person to man the costco as that person transitioned out. The costco practices sees about 30 a week so the income would be based off that and then the one day a week would be a percentage (40%).
