Are you talking about just the license or the license + DEA + DPS?

Default Wondering if anyone recieved their dental license in Texas

Hi guys,
I am having a lot of trouble getting in contact with the texas dental board.
I'm wondering if anyone has gotten their license this year. I submitted my envelop(with the initial application, fingerprint confirmation, jurisprudence certificate, CPR card, and $400 application fee, signed transcript, ect) about 4 weeks ago but I heard absolutely nothing from them.
I'm worried sick about it because I really want/need to start work ASAP. Thank you for your input in advance.

I know someone that waited 7 weeks after applying in May. It may he longer for you since you applied in June. On the other hand, if they are mostly through the "just graduated" rush it might be less than 7 weeks.

Default 2 steps to the Texas license?

Thanks for the quick response man.
Do you know if your friend applied for the Texas license in 2 steps? or did they just mail in the application and paperwork and received the license after?

All theough the mail.

Check the board's website http://www.tsbde.state.tx.us/index.p...id=6&Itemid=38 daily and search for yourself. You may see it there before you get anythig from them in the mail and be able to activate it sooner.

Default No Response

I have tried contacting the texas board five times (3x by phone and twice by email) and I haven't received any reply. Reading from the above this seems like a normal behavior...its a bit disappointing...Btw, for fingerprinting, do I need special cards from the board or can I just go to the police station and use their generic fingerprinting cards?

Thanks
