Position Wanted PGY 1 position wanted

I am an IMG with more than one year hands on U.S clinical experience and I have been volunteering as a research assistant since January 2011. I am a permanent U.S resident, with a valid ECFMG certification and I have equally passed step 3.
I am looking for a PGY1 position in primary care (fam med or Int med) but will accept psych or a preliminary position in an accredited or non accredited program. Please contact me (docgef@gmail.com) if you have any ideas or suggestions. I have done externships but unfortunately, the institutions are not IMG friendly.
