I HAVE QS AND ANSWERS SINCE 2001 TO 2012 CHECKED BY UNIVERSITY PROFESSORS. PLUS ASDA QS AND ANS FROM 1995 TO 2005
MOST OF THE EXAM CAME FROM THEM.

Hey anyone from RGUHS ? I saw that they require now some docs directly from University....how long does it take the go them? I am not in India anymore so would have to ask relatives there to do this for me.. =(.

he is in charge of issuing the attested certificates
talk to him in kannada (if u know it) or english is fine too.
explain the situation and send him some money (cuz nothin works without money)
