1. What are the requirements? 2. Can you "un-enroll?" 3. As providers for denti-cal are your hands tied for choice of restorative materials (amalgam vs composite, etc.)? Thanks in advance! |

My work applied for me, I think the only requirement is that you don't have a bad record. I am not sure unenroll but I would think it is doable. Yes treatment choice is very limited, you will do a lot amalgam unless it is esthetic area. They are very strict about charting and X-rays...the auditors job is to find ways not to pay, I heard it is pain in the butt to deal with them.
