Hey I was wondering what some of you guys did during your spare time/break days when not studying for the mcat...say I studied from 9-4, should i spend the rest of the afternoon/'night playing video games, watching movies, reading books,etc...?

Thanks in advance as always

Is this a serious question? We aren't you. Do what you like. Do you have a girlfriend? Have sex. Do you like video games? Play them. Do you have a puppy? kick it (not srs). Take it for a walk. Be your own person brotha man

It helps to get in exercise of some sort. And personally I feel like video games will be debilitating during this process, at least to an addict like myself.

Yes, i used to play SC2 but it took alot of my time , I used to jump into a game every hour or so , so i uninstalled it.
Like kasho said if you can workout its great, try to stay social too it helps to not isolate yourself from the world

Exercise. Eat. Watch TV. Nap. Do whatever you feel like doing, 'cause it's your free time and time away from studying. So do whatever.

Just don't be like me and lacerate your chin a week before your test in a cycling accident and you should be fine.
