AEGD application help

Hi,
I am interested in applying for an AEGD, I am just confused about the PASS application and what the match is. Could someone please explain what the ppi is, and whether i still need to ask my dental school faculty to give me recommendation letters (do ppi and professional eval forms replace recommendation letters?)
Does the PASS just collect all your application information and you submit whatever you want to different programs as requested?
Also, I am interested in finding out what aegds give a lot of implant placement and restoring experience, and a lot of molar endo (including endoscope experience), and c&b experience as well.
Any help here would be wonderful!
