Default Pathophysiology book of particular system

Do u guys use pathophysio book for each system?
or just use book of particular subject
for example,i found lily pathophysio of heart disease has great review
instead of using costanzo physio and robbin/goljan patho
will it be good approach for both medschool and usmle?

I just used Goljan. Didn't even open Robbins. Granted, I didn't "honor" or anything.
