Renting: Mare Island room for rent

Currently have 2 rooms available. Is your current room situation not great look no further. I have wifi internet and the rest of the house is furnished.

Looking for a responsible,non smoking, respectable and clean person. I take great pride in my house. I expect anyone that would live here treat my property as It as their own. Hopefully someone outgoing and athletic. I have a gas grill hooked up in the backyard which is great for the summer. Its plumbed straight into my gas line to cook anytime.
I work rotating shifts so half the month I work nights the other half days. When working days I'm up at 3:30 am. So roommate would have to be aware of quiet times at night. Looking to rent room for $700 which includes garbage and wifi internet. Utilities will be split equal between the roommates and myself. My house sits directly across from a park. Would like a deposit equal to a months rent. Also a backround and credit check will be made on application and paid by you. If you qualify and you rent the room I will deduct that amount from the first months rent. This would just be a month to month rental and no lease time. If although things workout for both parties I have no problem putting a lease together. I have a german shepherd 80lb puppy. So getting along with my dog is very important to me. He has a big bark right now to those he doens't know which makes good for having the piece of mind of security. Once he knows you he will want to play ball all the time! He is a great loyal dog. My house is very close to Touro University Would also be good for a Maritime Student. The convenience of living so close to school gets no better. Plus the neighborhood is a great place.

My location is less then 5 minutes to the S.F Ferry if you happen to work in S.F. It would be a easy commute for you. Also you can catch the bus to bart to S.F from the same location. Another option is the Bay link express bus. There is also a service to pleasant hill/Walnut creek bart Via the bus also.
If someone had cleaning experience and was good with animals (taking them on walks) I could offset the cost of the room for services exchanged in duties..
