If I send in my app by beginning of August? How fast are you usually invited for interviews?

Depends on the competitiveness of your application, but I got invites in about a week.

Same here. It also depends on how complete your application is. You can submit before all your transcripts or LORs are in. Once you send your transcripts, it might take OptomCAS awhile to register that they have it and then to process it, so sending those in July will help speed up the process for getting OptomCAS to process your app. Also, you're LOR's need to be finished, so once the system opens in July, get those sent out to your letter writers and remind them until they have submitted. You can see when they have submitted it.
