Your GPA is good, your DAT is excellent, research hours are great, you can probably increase those shadowing hours especially if you plan on applying out of state. What about other extracurricular activities and leadership? A lot of schools like those characteristics in their applicants. Be sure to apply EARLY! If you have good extracurriculars I wold think you would have a great shot.

I recommend shadowing for 20 more hours, 40 is the minimum you need, no need to go too much more than that.
