Default distance learning for under grad degree

SDN Members don't see this ad. (About Ads)
I am considering applying for a distance learning program to finish my bachelors degree. My husband is a med student and his last 2 years he will be traveling a lot, so the distance program would work best for me so I can travel with him. Do grad programs frown upon this if the degree is from an accredited university? Does anyone have any experience with this.

Thanks in advance!

Do you have your pre-reqs completed? A lot of OT programs frown upon/don't accept online pre-reqs (mainly A&P).

I only pre-req I have not taken is Biology. I could take that this fall though. So, as long as the pre-reqs are done in class they would not mind if I finished my bachelors online?

I would contact Mercy College You might want to make plans for Dobbs Ferry NY for the 2 years if your chances are good and safer by just doing there BS and going for the Masters with them so that you don't have any non acceptance/frowned upon problems. It's probably more likely they would accept there BS into there OT.

You may not get the option to go where his residency is there is a lot of competition with OT programs you may not get in that city or state even you got to go where you get accepted no matter if it was a BS online or not. Maybe he can get his residency in NY if your chances are greater that way. Who knows you may have to be apart for the 2 years and make that work, people do it in the military at least it's a 2 year degree and not longer.
