I dont feel like i did super great on it. i average 30-33 on practice tests so im hoping i get in that range or at least +/- 1. My question is if i ended up bombing it and take the july 6th test how much is that gonna hurt me in getting in this cycle. I wouldnt be able to submit my app till early august and that seems a little late. Thanks for any advice available.

I have that same exact question.

I guess I should have voided and retook the MCAT in the next 2 weeks or something, rather than have to be scored and then probably retake on July 6. Ugh, what a horrible test.

apply early so your transcripts can verify at least, that way if u do the july 6 then you're not late b.c you got the transcripts out of the way, since they take 4-6 weeks to verify. That is what i plan on doing, you just need to pick 1 school to apply to, then add the rest after you get your score.

So you can't get your transcripts verified unless you submit the whole application to at least one school?

I also took 5/24 test and I didn't feel it was THAT bad. (except for one passage in BS and a few discretes were bombers) and PS was...well yeah PS was something I did not expect. Also, VR was not that bad! I think you shouldn't stress now you have earned your break..we all did! Let's just wait and see what happens with the scores first...

that's right. they will not verify ANYTHING until you submit your application.

lol, I'm pretty sure no one even posted in the 5/19 thread until test day, and then it exploded when people took the test and were completely lost. Your guys' response wasn't nearly as dramatic, so I think it was a lot tamer than you all thought. If you went into autopilot like most do during it, I'm sure you all did great. Most people do end up within a few points of their AAMC average, so focus up on those applications and get them in!

So-so yesterday. After reading this and the bigger thread, though, I'm a bit worried.
