Default US OT would like to work in Toronto!

Hello! I'm new here!

I have a masters in OT and have a mixture of one year experience in school, outpatient, homecare, and subacute settings. I graduated from an accredited university in NYC and I am US citizen.

I am very interested in obtaining a job as an OT in Toronto, Canada, for at least 1 year. Does anyone know what I need to do to complete the steps in order for me to work in Toronto? I'm looking and researching, and still confused as to what I need to do. It says I don't need a work visa to work in Toronto. Do I need an immigrant lawyer?

I hope someone can help !!

Thanks,

D.
