I don't know of any specific apps, but I always check out Dr. Smith's EKG blog... he adds a new 12 lead every week with explanation. I have found it to be very helpful!

You'll find some nice apps However, the QMd EKG app is nice but none of these walk you through the complex EKGs Consider getting one of the EKG books (outside of Dubins) I use 150 Practice EKGs and I have Chou's EKG book on hand for reference |
