they just updated my aadsas to the long under review message. and i applied first batch.

anyone else hear from them today?

Mine still says:

"Received/Application Complete Thank you for Applying to Boston University School of Dental Medicine. Your application has been received and it is complete at this time."

No idea if that's good or bad!

lol mine's been like that for about 2 months now

Mine's still Received/ App Complete, since like July 30 haha. I applied second batch. But in the other BU thread, people with both "under review" and "app complete" aadsas statuses have received interviews.... I guess BU is just a tad bit disorganized?

Beggers can't be choosers. You'd still take the wait and hopefully an interview than a swift rejection, no? lol. We're all in the same boat here.

I've had the long received/under review message since July 19th. I applied first batch too but haven't heard anything since.

At this stage we are determining if your application is eligible for interview. Generally, interviewed candidates have an overall cumulative GPA both total and science of a 3.3 or above and their DAT academic average and total science is at 20 or above. This is a general guide; many other factors come into our consideration of a candidate: community service, experience in dentistry, motivation toward dentistry, letters of recommendation, applicant essay, credit hours/course load and competitiveness of undergraduate institution, etc. Your application may remain in this status throughout the entire cycle as we will continually review it against the total applicant pool. We will contact you via email as soon as any further decision has been made regarding your application. We have a lengthy review process and ask for your patience during this time.

I respect BU and their ridiculously long AADSAS message.

That's strange because I applied in the eighth batch and they changed mine probably a month ago, and then I got the interview invite change on 9/6

I'm in the same exact situation as Sal (8th batch). I actually called to confirm my interview and thats where it changed to "Invited to Interview".

Under/Review -> App complete -> Invite for Interview here

Anyone got the 2011 ADA officials...please I have been asking everyone!! I know I know I should just buy the book, but Im cheap what can I say!
