1 month MCAT studying checkpoint

Hey guys I'm 5 weeks into my studying for the MCAT that I will be taking in September. I was wondering how everyone else who is studying or already took the MCAT felt after about a month of studying? To give you more information I'm scoring about 4/7 about 70% of the time and I'm getting concerned that I'm not consistently doing well yet. I wanted to know if this is normal or if there is something I should be changing to do better. I am also using TBR books. Thanks in advance for your help and comments!
