Chances are zero at any MD school. You'll need a GPA >3.4 for that. For DO programs, you're barely competitive. But, if you re-take any F/D/C coursework, AACOMAS' grade replacement policy does wonders for the GPA.

Student in a Canadian university with a Canadian citizenship. I also lived in California where I went to high school so I also have a green card for the united states. my GPA is on the low side and my MCAT is decent. I also have alright extra curricular activities (summer research internship, member of the Rare Genomics institute at my university, member of student life organizations)

I'm open to DO and MD, although I'd prefer MD. Which school would I have the best odds of scoring at least an interview and what would you say those odds are?

I plan on applying both in Canada, as well as in the state of California and outside California in the united states.
