Not bad. Now do some real research and come back with a list that has at least a dozen target schools. The schools to which you want to make donations are your own choice, but I recommend "reaches" where you have at least a modest chance!

Since I saw the thread before you removed everything, I'll toss in my two cents. You're a solid applicant and have a very good chance at MD. gyngyn is just encouraging you to research what schools it is reasonable to apply to given your MCAT score. Johns Hopkins, for instance, will screen you out with a 30 MCAT; you'd be wasting money to apply there. Don't take offense to it; you have to be realistic.
