So I have two weeks before my DAT, and I really don't want to cause any problems which will lead to me not getting this thing in time, so if someone could double-check that I have everything right, I'd be super happy!

Now I want to order two tests with the One-Day shipping, so my total would be $74, right? The tax is only if I live in Idaho or Washington, D.C... right? Also, can I pay with a money order from Walmart?
