I interviewed in September. I think "interactive assessments" probably refer to how well you interact with, and clearly communicate your responses in a succinct manner to the interviewers, i.e in a nut shell - "non-cognitive skills". You may have a 4.0 GPA and a 45 MCAT (cognitive), but if you lack even basic social skills (such as knowing that you you greet or acknowledge people when you walk into a room, or stand up when a "higher up" or an interviewer walks into a room), these will pop out unconsciously and doom you. Good social skills are very very important as a physician. Don't just be a jerk or a tense recluse on interview day. Interact with other students interviewing with you. I'm not sure there are points for this, but it is a good way of life to develop basic social skills. Not that you be a comedian, but just be able to have conversations with people you meet all day, and SMILE!!! SMILE!!! SMILE!!!! and Relax.
