Congrats, @magicdock! You won't find out when your application is mailed until later. There is still a ways to go until the first batch is sent out.

Your interfolio letters were sent to AADSAS, but it takes them a few days to actually be uploaded. Keep checking back and you'll see them eventually. (And then edit your post to put in the final date.) :)

Didn't you say that there's no advantage to e-submitting everything until late June if you sent in your LOE's and Transcripts early since that's when the first batch is sent?

In essence, no, there isn't any problem. Submitting everything in late June is still very early. However, if you have everything ready, you might as well go ahead and submit by mid-June. Keep in mind that AADSAS doesn't calculate your GPA and verify your transcripts until AFTER you submit, and this takes a week or two. Submitting in mid June will get you into the first batch. Now, like I've said before, first batch doesn't give you a measurable advantage over other "early" applicants... But if you can do it, might as well!

I think I actually submitted on June 4th last year. I just happened to have everything ready. No reason to put it off, and it's nice to not have to worry about that part anymore! :) Then it was just on to the supplements...

Hey peeps,

So I just got off the phone with AADSAS and have some information that everyone may be interested in!

So I sent all three of my transcripts on June 2nd and two got to AADSAS June 4th and one on June 3rd. So far only one is uploaded on my portal. They said it usually takes 5 business days for them to be uploaded to the portal...he mentioned only be concerned if they haven't been uploaded 10 business days after receiving them. Also they just started scanning in applications on Monday (9th)!

Also, the first batch of applications is scheduled to be going out June 20th- this is based on when they received the first e-submitted application (which was a couple days w/in applications opening). Also, once your application is considered complete (e-submitted with all transcripts uploaded) it will be put in line to get the GPA verified- right now wait time for GPA verification is only 3 days! He said at the end of June the wait time can lengthen up to 4 or 5 weeks! So recommendation, get them in early, right now is a great time!

just letting you guys know my GPA was verified in 1 day...o.o...received 6/10 ...verified just now apparently 6/11.

Should I be concerned that it's been 7 business days and my LOE via Interfolio hasn't been uploaded to AADSAS yet? Glimmer's FAQ said 5-7 business days. And I see a lot of people have their Interfolio letters in already.

Yes. I'm impatient. And anxious. And I was skeptical of using Interfolio. So this doesn't ease my worries.

From 2013's thread, I saw one that went up to 9 business days through Interfolio. Relax.

I called today to ask about a transcript issue I was having. Before I ended the call I asked him about the current turn around rate for transcripts. He said usually its 3-4 weeks but currently its 6-7 days so get your transcripts in there!
