2014 Grads with no intern/tech experience

I am wondering how many of you graduated this year (or even last year) without an intern or tech job during school and if you were able to find a job. Especially if anybody found a non-retail job. Any experiences you are willing to share?

It's really not hard, provided:

1) You do 1-2 rotations for the same chain.
2) Are willing to relocate anywhere in the country where they have a need.
3) You come across well on interviews.

Thanks for the response, but can you elaborate. What about non-retail jobs (primarily hospital pharmacy)
