As an applicant you'll never know anything about the number of people who are GMOs, the number who apply each year, or really anything about them for any branch. GMO=bermuda triangle most of the time.

It is a certificate issue.
Click "Advanced"
Then "Proceed to education.mods...."

Edit 2: coolrunnings22 - finish your education, get a good MCAT score, and complete med school application as a priority ... go shadow a military Dr as part of your premed process.

Wow, it seems for most specialties the mean Army step 1 score is higher than the mean civilian step 1. In some cases massively so.
 
You'll also notice how some specialties like emergency medicine are much more competitive in the military than in the civilian side, versus neurosurgery which is not as competitive.
