2, 4, 9 and 10 are laughable. Seriously where do they get this stuff.
2--Wearables are going to replace what exactly? Treatments for CAD, hypertension, asthma, cancer? Have they come up with a FitBit for cancer treatment?
4--Hospitals have bought physician practices as a means of cornering the markets on certain specialties, offering new services, increasing market share and they have done this with little investment.
9-- No one is going to opt for a weekly injectable cholesterol med over a pill.
10--Employers will not take the risk of demanding and/or influencing their employees medical care. Look at how much drama and bad PR coverage certain employer initiatives like demanding a non-smoking employees or making employees keep a certain BMI. An employer demanding or influencing patient care will result in lawsuits and no employer wants to enter that legal quagmire.
