Very few of the osteopathic schools accept Canadians I believe. The ones who do get accepted have much higher stats (both MCAT and GPA-wise).
You need to shadow a DO too and actually understand what osteopathic medicine entails because it seems that you are only considering DO as a back-up now that "wanted to get an MD but now it seems like that's impossible".

Hard to gauge your chances without your extracurriculars. DO schools that regularly accept Canadian students include the following: AZCOM, CCOM, WUHS-COMP, KCUMB-COM, TouroCOM-NY, MUCOM, NSU-COM, LMU-DCOM, UNECOM, and MSUCOM. State schools like RowanSOM and UNTHSC-TCOM consider international students and likely treat them as OOS students, but they are highly competitive as a result.

Do note that all the schools listed above (with the exceptions of maybe MUCOM and LMU-DCOM) have higher MCAT/GPA averages than your current stats. If you feel you have strong extracurriculars though, you could apply. Also make sure you have DO shadowing and DO LOR and apply as early as possible to maximize your chances.

Stats are pretty low for a Canadian, hopefully you have strong ECs.
