3.3 CGPA, 3.6 SGPA, 505 MCAT

Average ECs (100 hours hospice, lots of other random volunteering mostly non clinical), prior military, current law enforcement, strong upward trend, most science classes at a CC. One section was a 124. CARS 129. 125 and 127 on other two.

Will the 124 kill me?

Texas Resident. Strong ties to Virginia and New York.

You are a good candidate for DO schools. Consider adding UIWSOM (new school-Texas), ACOM, ARCOM (new school), WVSOM, UP-KYCOM, ACOM, WCU-COM.
Your low GPA and your MCAT score will make it difficult for MD schools but you could apply to your Texas MD schools.

Is that enough schools to ensure some II's and acceptances, even a little late? I don't really want to do another cycle.

Edited to add: I speak a second language, a unique one that isn't widely spoken in the US unfortunately.

I think you'll get IIs for sure at Do schools, and a few TX MD schools. Any apps to MD schools outside of TX will be donations. Take your parents out to dinner instead.
