MD 3.3 cGPA and 3.2 sGPA -- 30 MCAT -- Early Decision to FSU

What are my chances to get into FSU med school? I am an FSU graduate and apparently FSU likes to choose from their own kind.

5200 hours of extra curriculars:
- 2500 hours of clinical experience as a medical assistant in a dermatology office -- assisting with exams and surgeries.
- 2000 hours of work experience at a part time office job.
- 600 hours of research for 1.5 years -- First author for an abstract and poster, presented at two conferences
- 100 hours of hospice/other volunteering (medically related)
- Mission trips with my church

I was sick for most of my college career but I have a great upward trend (last 4 semester cGPA = 3.8)

Native American (Cherokee-enrolled in tribe)

5 great letters of rec.

My MCAT is a 30 as well

Only if they fit the school's profile for such candidates. If they do not, it is no help at that school and reduces their chances elsewhere.
