Hi everyone,
I posted on here a while back and I would like to get opinions on what to do.
I took the MCAT in January and I scored a 25. My GPA is not that high and so I was wondering whether to retake the new MCAT. I'm afraid that if I retake, I may not do any better because it's a new format and there aren't many AAMC material out there.
I'm only looking to apply to US MD Schools. US DO or Caribbean med schools are not options at this point.
I have over 1.5years ER volunteer, 3.5 years biomedical research experience (no pub), leader for several orgs, studied abroad for a year in japan, etc.
I was born in Saipan, but raised in Guam. I graduated from UC San Diego and I'm a resident of California now. What do you guys think my chances are?
